Yesterday, I noticed a significant drop in my traffic and immediately I hurried to investigate. I noticed that most of my keywords were no longer appearing in Google’s SERPS. A few days ago I was ranking no.1 for the keyword “Mall World Facebook Cheats” and among others. I initially thought that this might be due to the so-called “Google Dance” but when I searched for “Kimwell” , my blog did not appear on the results page! At this point I was already alarmed, I’m have isolated the issue to Google only since I still have my keywords on Yahoo’s SERPS and they are ranking pretty well.
So I asked myself if I have done something “Black Hat” to deserve this and the answer is a big “Nothing”. I haven’t done anything shady or stuff that might go against Google’s Webmaster Guidelines. I searched for similar experiences such as this one and I was surprised that Mr.Macuha also experienced this ordeal. His experience was way back in 2007 but the “symptoms” are quite similar with mine.
Most if not all of my keywords are no longer ranking but I am still indexed by the big G. At this point, I guess I’ll just quit my blogging career and just shut down this blog and live a life far away from the pressure of the Wild Wild Web…NOT!!!! Seriously speaking, I’ll just give it time and continue on doing what I love doing and that is to continue writing posts the Guerilla Blogger way. There’s so much keywords out there waiting for me to talk about.
I’ll just keep my fingers crossed and hopefully my Six Vidio will be back on the SERPs.
