Almost half a day has passed and there are still those having trouble looking for their precincts. As of now the Comelec’s Website is having problems due to massive traffic and it will most likely crash. Surprsingly, Google is offering a precinct finder site powered by google earth. You can immediately Find your Precinct . I hope that this would encourage other people to go out there and vote despite of the many setbacks.
