So Are we Ready for a Magnitude 7 Earthquake? The answer is pretty obvious and negative. I do hope that our government will treat this with utmost concern since we cannot deny the facts. Should a catastrophic quake occur, our nation will suffer great losses. I have to agree that the cause of sub-standard construction is corruption. We are pretty vulnerable to natural disaster and greed ultimately increases that vulnerability. Should we wait for a thing such as this to happen? We can never tell or predict such event and the best way that we can do is prepare.
Once again, I do hope that we look into the things that really matter. This is something that we cannot ignore. You can also watch earthquake videos and see for yourself the direct effect of earthquakes.

nope. we're not even close to being prepared for that. all we have are prayers. good luck with our emergency response in case a major earthquake hits metro manila. all the hospitals will be overwhelmed, no money from atms, no food… and that's me being optimistic
